A correction is officially submitted only when the reader contacts the editor-in-chief directly. Corrections sent to other Aonetime.com staff may not be addressed promptly or at all.
Corrections should include the error, issue date or number, where the error was noticed (print, online, etc.), the reader’s name, and contact information. Readers should also provide correct information and sources, if applicable.
Once notified, the editor-in-chief will investigate the error using available information. If an error is confirmed, corrections will be issued in print, on Aonetime.com, and on social media platforms controlled by Aonetime.com. The reader who submitted the correction will be informed of the steps taken to rectify the error.
